Calculator data
Provider names, tariffs, charging amounts, vehicle consumption, and calculation results stay in your browser or mobile device. ChargeWindow does not provide accounts, cloud sync, receipt history, location tracking, or live charger data.
If you select Save current tariff, ChargeWindow stores one provider name, tariff, vehicle-consumption value, and fee rule in that browser's local storage. Session energy, exposure durations, results, evidence fields, and acquisition source are not included. You can remove the saved tariff inside the calculator or through browser settings.

Purchase and access data
Stripe processes payment details, billing information, receipts, tax information, and fraud signals under its own privacy terms. ChargeWindow receives a Checkout Session identifier and verifies payment status, Payment Link, Price, and quantity.
Paid access uses a signed, essential browser cookie. It contains an encoded Checkout Session identifier and expiry, not card or calculator data. The cookie lasts up to one year and is sent only to the paid app.

Hosting and audience data
Hosting providers can process standard request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, timestamps, and error logs to serve and secure the service.
When a supported AI referrer or AI-related user-agent requests a content page, ChargeWindow writes a limited hosting-log event with source category, signal type, and requested path. ChargeWindow code does not add IP address, query text, full referrer, or full user-agent to this event.
When configured, ChargeWindow uses PostHog Cloud EU for anonymous audience measurement. PostHog is configured without analytics cookies or browser storage, person profiles, automatic interaction capture, or session recordings. We count page visits and named actions such as starting checkout or downloading a calculation record. Form values, email addresses, tariff details, and URL query strings are not sent to PostHog.
ChargeWindow also uses Google Analytics 4 for aggregate page and acquisition measurement. Google Consent Mode keeps analytics and advertising storage denied, so this site does not set Google Analytics cookies. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled, and URL query strings are removed before page paths or referrers are sent. Calculator values, tariff details, email addresses, and payment data are not sent to Google Analytics.

Your choices
You can remove local calculator data and the access cookie through your browser or device settings. Removing the access cookie locks the paid app on that browser; keep your Stripe receipt and original return link for recovery.
